“In exactly as found condition (haven’t tried to clean it). Doesn’t seem to be working, no Rotary sound. Tested with a guitar connected into an amp. Intensity control seems to work like a bass/treble, turn to left more bass, right treble ? Speed control just changes the brightness of the bulb inside, left brighter, right dimmer ? ON/OFF switch on the top and EFFEKT button change nothing. Clearly not wired properly (power cable).”
