(R-60) Flanger (USA)

Effect Information

“The vintage Ross Flanger pedal made by Keas Electronics in Chanute, KS
back in the 1970s (early 80s). 110VAC powered (regular grounded plug — no wall
warts), four control knobs (Man, Man/Auto, Rate, Recycle). Man sets the
base notch frequency for the flanging harmonics, Man/Auto adjusts the
width of the sweep, Rate adjusts the sweep rate, and Recycle adjusts the
flanging depth. Can be set for all the basic flanging sounds, but
has a range of control that produces ‘otherworldly’ weird textures.”

“It has has four RC4558 chips in it as well as the 16-pin Reticon SAD1024 chip.”
