“The DeArmond (Model 1930) Twister Phaser made by the DeArmond (Toledo, Ohio-based effects company not to be confused with the Guild Guitar off-shoot) company in the late 70s. Considered to be one of the most underrated phaser pedals, the Twister is a force of nature. Simple and straight-forward in a study metal chassis. Two knobs used to control the pedal: Intensity and Rate.”
- Intensity: Controls the depth/amplitude of the modulation (the size of the range in which the effect sweeps)
- Rate: Controls the speed/rate of the LFO wave that controls the effect
