“This fuzz pedal is based on the Vox Tonebender/Marshall Supa Fuzz type fuzz circuit. It has a wide range of tones from slightly over driven to a psychedelic wall of fuzz sound. The circuit is very versatile and interactive with your guitar’s volume knob, your pick attack and playing techniques. The pedal comes with three hand selected NPN germanium transistors and then — by ear — the bias voltage is adjusted so that each pedal can produce that rich, warm, vintage fuzz tone. The fuzz is powered by a 9 volt battery.”
