“A DOD 250 overdrive preamp clone made to the specifications of the early grey units. It has a really nice, jangly — sparkly type sound in the lower gain settings and can get downright nasty with the gain cranked. It is nicely hand wired and features true bypass switching, Neutrik jacks and a red led indicator. It runs on a 9v Boss style adapter or a 9v battery. Every unit made is solid and built to last with lock washers so jacks and pots don’t shift and move around over time. This effect was built by redlayne77.”
