"Built in the [late] 70s by a Japanese manufacturer known as Loco Box. Very rare [perhaps?]. Three knobs -- Mix, Repeat, and Delay. Mix handles the mix of the dry and wet signal. Repeat handles the number of repeats, and Delay sets the delay time. Getting a good sound out of this is as easy as plugging in the pedal."
